Getting Ready for our October 18th Meeting!

On October 18th we are going to have a special cookie meeting.

The entire meeting is going to be about cookies!!!

We will be making thank you notes to pass out to the nice folks that buy cookies.
We will be training girls and parents on our cookie sales plan.
We will be painting cookie signs.
And, we will be passing out cookie sales packets!

I hope your girls are ready to sell some cookies!

I have 3 very important bits of info. for this meeting.

1. I must have a signed permission slip before you get a cookie sales packet!

They are the little slips that Julie was passing around on Oct. 4th.

2. An adult must attend this meeting, and go to the adult cookie training meeting.

Mrs. Julie will hold this in the sanctuary of the church while we train the girls.

If you, the parent can not come, then please arrange for another responsible

adult to sit in for you.

3.  It is very important that your girl wear OLD clothes. 

We will be painting, with some serious paint.

And using glue, lots of glue.  I promise you we will be making a mess.  All 24 of us.  OLD clothes are important. 

Saying a little prayer for me, this poor Girls Scout leader, would be nice too. 

Praying for the leaders is important too.
