This is a Cookie Sale Permission Slip.
Each Girl Must Have A Signed Permission Slip On File Before She Can Sell Cookies.
Mrs. Julie passed a few of these around at our last meeting. If you have not yet received one to sign, please be sure to do so at the next meeting, October 18.
Julie will have them avalaible at the Cookie Training Meeting for the parents.
One adult for each girl is required at this meeting!
If a parent is unable to go to this meeting, please contact Rebecca. I will arrange for you to sign a permission slip before hand.
