Thursday, August 4, 2011, is Girl Scout Day at the water resort, which is located at the SE Holiday Inn

9103 E. 39th Street ~Kansas City, MO

(near Arrowhead Stadium)

Each girl must have an adult present. The cost for admission will be $5 for each Girl Scout and $5 for one adult. Siblings and/or a second adult are welcome to join us, but their admission will cost $10.

We are planning on swimming from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

If you would like, you are welcome to meet the group at the Troy Armory that morning. We will be leaving at 8:30 a.m. Or, you can just meet us at the water resort.

Don’t forget to bring towels along with your swimsuits and a dry set of clothes. Lockers are available for $6 per day.

Personal Pan Pizza will be provided, as well as drinks, with free refills. There is a Pizza Hut located inside the resort. We will need to put in an order for the pizza. Please decide which topping you prefer and contact Rebecca Stephenson 985-2845 or rebecca8302@embarqmail.com, by July 31.

A head count will need to be made also by July 31, as well as our admission paid. Please send your money to Rebecca Stephenson- 400 E. Chestnut St. Troy KS 66087.

Please fill out the permission slip and return it to Rebecca before entering the resort.
